アプリの価値を実感してから有料アプリを購入してもらった場合は

飯塚氏の講演の中で、
『Android有料アプリ【50】の法則』
という話がありました。
どういうことかというと
Androidマーケットで公開されている有料アプリのうち
ダウンロード数が50未満のものが
全有料アプリのうち76%だというのです。
逆に、50以上ダウンロードされると
大部分のアプリは100ダウンロード以上されるようです。
つまり、
50以上ダウンロードされた有料アプリは伸びるが
50ダウンロードを超えるのはなかなか難しい
ということです。
50以下のダウンロード数だと
☆評価も付きにくいし
コメントもつかないし
Androidマーケットの上位にも上がってこないので
さらにダウンロード数が伸びないという
悪循環に陥るようです。
しかし、逆にいえばなんとか50ダウンロードの壁をクリアすれば
評価もコメントももらうことができ
マーケットでも上位に表示され
さらにダウンロード数を伸ばすことができるととらえることもできます。

昨日、日本アンドロイドの会の8月定例会に参加してきました。
冒頭のセッションではDocomoから今秋発売予定の
SAMSUNGの『GALAXY S』のプレゼンテーションがあり、
実機も10台ほど用意され
参加者は実際に触ってみることができました。
触ってみた感想は・・・
Xperiaより少し薄くて軽い感じがしました。
どうも画面の綺麗さがウリのようなので
動画を再生してみると、
いうだけあってかなり綺麗に、スムーズに見えました。
画素数だけでいえば、GALAXY S は500万画素と
Xperiaの800万画素に劣るんですが
かなり綺麗に見えましたね。
SUPER AMOLEDというディスプレイ技術を使っているそうですが

デザインはiPhoneに似せてあるようです。
全体のとしてハイスペックな印象を受けました。
サムスンが注力しているだけはあります。
Android 2.1 を搭載していることもあり、
